CTG is a closely held Company. Business headquarters, sales, and marketing are located in Plainville, Connecticut. Engineering, technical support, and manufacturing are in Jacksonville, Florida. The Company was formed in 1995.
We specialize in installed audio systems that
provide high quality audio capability for audio and videoconferencing
installations. Our systems are called FullSound™ and
include extremely sensitive microphones flush mounted in the ceiling above
the participants. This eliminates table obstructions, extraneous noise,
and cable management issues. People are no longer anchored to their
seats and may freely roam the room and be heard clearly and evenly
at the distant end. Our control console transparently turns microphones
on and off as people speak from different room locations so that unneeded
microphones are not left open to pick up unwanted side conversations
or ambient noise.
CTG considers its microphones to be the most important
ingredient of the system. Our high performance microphones were specifically
developed to maintain the full range of frequencies over long distances.
This allows participants at the distant end to easily identify who is
talking since the true timbre of the voice is being transmitted.
Our control consoles provide the correct phantom power
for the microphones and also provide the power for the speakers eliminating
the need for separate microphone mixers and amplifiers.
CTG prefers to be involved in each project. This offers several advantages at
no additional cost.
- Due to our experience and knowledge of the microphone
characteristics we can recommend and specify the layout and equipment
for each space.
- We scientifically model rooms and environments and
can pre-set the channels in the console before shipment to optimize
performance.
We are available to remotely work with technicians to fine tune the system and
test the performance from all areas of the room.
Remote troubleshooting capabilities afford expert assistance on an ongoing basis.
Our objective is to allow people to participate
in a teleconferencing meeting or training session with no change in
their normal demeanor due to the conferencing equipment.
