Below are the results from an independant focus group that we conducted in September of 2002.
- The product received excellent ratings on both ease of use, quality
of sound reception and effectiveness of teleconferences (see table
below)
- Clarity of sound was the most frequently mentioned benefit, followed
by topics related to ease and efficiency.
Q. What do you think is the most important benefit
the CTGaudio teleconferencing system would provide to you and your
firm?
A. Make teleconferencing an easier experience - no straining
to hear, no yelling etc.
A. Better meetings, more effective (no side conversions)
